Our Story
Action Plumbing, Heating & Air was founded in 1970 in Santa Rosa, California by a veteran who believed that tradespeople had an obligation to serve their community with integrity — the same values he carried in the service. More than 50 years later, that founding principle still drives every service call we make.
We are a locally owned, independent contractor — not a franchise, not a private-equity roll-up. When you call us, you speak to our team. When we show up, it’s our reputation on the line. That accountability is something you simply can’t get from a national chain.
